Our team conducted a 3D laser scan of the space to map exact dimensions, traffic patterns, and light sources.

Client interviews revealed:

- Need for hidden storage for kids’ toys to maintain living room tidiness;

- Desire for a dedicated home office nook without sacrificing living space;

- Preference for neutral tones (white oak, matte white, soft gray) with subtle texture (e.g., woven cane) for warmth.

Zone 1: Entryway & Hallway

• Under-Staircase Storage System: A floor-to-ceiling modular cabinetry unit with: - Upper closed cabinets (seasonal coats, luggage); - Middle open shelving (decor, daily shoes); - Lower pull-out drawers (kids’ backpacks, sports gear); - Integrated bench with storage (hidden cubbies for shoes);
• Vertical Hallway Storage: Slim, floor-to-ceiling cabinets along the hallway wall (12” depth) to avoid blocking traffic, housing linens, cleaning supplies, and holiday decor.

Zone 2: Living Room & Dining Area

• Built-In Media Wall: Custom white oak cabinetry spanning 10ft, with: - Hidden compartments for TV, gaming consoles, and kids’ toy storage; - Flush-mount floating shelves (woven cane inserts) for decor and books; - Pull-out desk extension (for temporary work/study);
